Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the leaves from the cauliflower and trim the bottom to create a flat surface.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Brush the cauliflower with the oil mixture, ensuring it's well coated.
Cooking
- Place the cauliflower in a baking dish and roast in the preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
Serving
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. To freeze, cool completely, wrap tightly, and freeze for up to 3 months.
