Preparation
- Blend the cottage cheese until smooth. Place 2 cups of cottage cheese in a blender or food processor and blend on low, gradually increasing speed until no lumps remain.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla, then blend again until fully incorporated.
- Whip the heavy cream to soft peaks in a chilled bowl.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cottage cheese mixture, starting with one-third to loosen it.
Chilling
- Transfer the mousse to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Serving
- Serve topped with fresh fruits and a drizzle of honey if desired.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freezing may affect texture.
