Preparation

- Season the Wagyu beef patties lightly with salt and black pepper.
Cooking
- Place the patties on the hot skillet and smash them down with a spatula.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until a crust forms, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Drizzle truffle oil or glaze on top of the patties as they finish cooking.
- Toast the buns on the skillet until golden.
Assembly
- Assemble the burgers with the patty on the bottom bun, topped with crispy leeks, lettuce, tomato, and cheese.
- Finish with the top bun and serve immediately.
