Preparation
- Hull and slice the strawberries and peel and dice the mango into roughly equal pieces for even blending. Chill the glass in the freezer for 5–10 minutes.
Blending
- In a blender, add the strawberries, mango, tequila, triple sec, lime juice, and measured ice. Blend until smooth and velvety.
Rimming the Glass
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your chilled glass and dip it into salt or sugar for an even coating.
Serving
- Pour the blended margarita into the rimmed glass and garnish with a slice of strawberry or a small mango wedge.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight pitcher for up to 24 hours. Freeze portions for up to 1 month.
