Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 200 g chicken breast, sliced Fresh and firm breasts are ideal for better flavor.
  • 200 g egg noodles Fresh refrigerated or dried; adjust cooking time for dried.
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic is recommended for best flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce Use low-sodium or tamari for gluten-free.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust to taste to prevent an overly sweet sauce.
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil Adds depth of flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch Used to thicken the sauce.
  • 1 unit bell pepper, sliced Adds color and crunch.
  • 2 unit green onions, chopped For garnish and added flavor.

Cooking
  1. Heat a large pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
  2. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-6 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sliced bell pepper, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Pour the sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring until well combined and thickened.
  5. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and toss everything together until coated.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
