Dips
  • 1 cup Guacamole Choose ripe but firm avocados for texture.
  • 1 cup Green hummus Opt for a brand with good oil content or blend store-bought hummus with fresh spinach.
  • 1 cup Spinach dip Use a cashew-based dip for a dairy-free option.
Fruits and Veggies
  • 2 medium Green apples Firm Granny Smith or tart varieties preferred.
  • 1 cup Green grapes Use seedless grapes for easier snacking.
  • 2 medium Kiwis Choose firm kiwis.
  • 1 large Green bell pepper Cut into strips.
  • 2 stalks Celery Trim into snack sticks.
  • 1 bag Green tortilla chips
  • 1 cup Edamame Shelled or in pods.

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash and prepare all ingredients by rinsing under cold water until clean. Peel and slice kiwis and apples into thin wedges, and trim celery into snack sticks.
  2. Cut grapes in half if desired and chop bell pepper into even strips for uniform bites.
  3. Arrange clusters of fruits and veggies on the board, beginning with focal clusters.
  4. Add celery sticks and small bowls for dips in the center of the board.
  5. Place chips and edamame around the dips.
  6. Finish with apple slices fanned along the edge and garnish with whole grapes or extra herbs.

Notes

Keep chilled items cold until service, and avoid overcrowding the board for accessibility. Use odd-numbered clusters for a visually appealing layout.
