  • 200 grams Fresh veggies (e.g., tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers), thinly sliced or diced Choose ripe, firm vegetables for the best flavor.
  • 150 grams Crusty bread or baguette, sliced into bite-sized pieces A day-old loaf works best for added crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the crusty bread or baguette into bite-sized pieces and toast if desired.
  2. Layer cured meats and cheeses on top of the bread.

  5. Serve immediately for best crunch or cover loosely if prepping ahead.
