Preparation
- Wash all fruit thoroughly under cold running water and pat each piece dry with paper towels.
- Hull the strawberries, segment the oranges, and slice the pineapple into bite-sized chunks.
Assembly
- Lay out your prepared fruit in color order on a tray: strawberries, oranges, pineapple, green grapes, blueberries, and purple grapes.
- Slide fruit onto wooden or bamboo skewers, alternating pieces to balance size and weight.
- Aim for 5–7 pieces per skewer to make them easy to hold.
Serving
- Spoon vanilla yogurt into a small serving bowl and place it in the center of a platter.
- Arrange the skewers around the bowl and serve immediately or chill briefly for 10–15 minutes.
