Ingredients

Main Ingredients
  • 4 pieces soft tortillas Use medium-size, soft and flexible tortillas for easy rolling.
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter Choose smooth peanut butter for easy spreading.
  • 1/2 cup jelly (your choice of flavor) Seedless preserves are preferred to avoid lumps.
  • 1 piece banana (optional, for added flavor) Sliced bananas add moisture and sweetness.
  • Sliced strawberries or other fruits (optional, for added flavor) Add for extra juiciness and flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. Spread peanut butter evenly on each tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edge.
  2. Add a layer of jelly over the peanut butter, smoothing it gently to form a thin, even layer.
  3. If using, place banana slices or other fruits on top of the jelly in a single row toward one edge.
Rolling
  1. Roll the tortillas tightly from one end to the other, ensuring the filling is compact.
  2. Cut the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later.

Notes

These rolls can be made ahead of time and stored for up to 48 hours in the fridge. Customize with your choice of fruits or nut butters.
