Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced peaches and lemon juice. Let them sit briefly.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Pour in the melted butter and mix until crumbly.
Assembly and Baking
  1. Spread peaches in a baking dish and top with oat mixture.
  2. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and bubbling.
