Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled Use medium or dark roast or cold brew.
  • 1 banana banana Use frozen for thicker texture.
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder Choose a powder with at least 15–20 grams of protein per scoop.
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder Use unsweetened Dutch-processed or natural cocoa.
  • 1 tablespoon almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • as needed Ice Add based on desired thickness.
  • optional Sweetener Use to taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine the brewed coffee, banana, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, and almond milk in a blender.
  2. Add ice cubes gradually until desired thickness is achieved.
  3. Blend on low speed, then high for 30–60 seconds until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired, blending briefly again.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Can freeze for up to 2 months.
