Ingredients
  

Chocolate Base
  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips High-quality chips recommended for smooth melting.
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips Choose chips labeled 'white chocolate' for best flavor.
Mix-ins
  • 1.5 cups crushed Oreo cookies (Mint or Double Stuf) Mint Oreos enhance the mint flavor.
  • 0.5 cups green M&M's For visual appeal.
  • 1 tbsp green sprinkles Adds colorful decoration.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a cookie baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Measure out all ingredients before starting.
Melt Chocolate
  1. Place the semi-sweet chocolate chips into a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Spread the melted chocolate onto the baking sheet in an even layer about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick.
Add Oreos
  1. Sprinkle crushed Oreos evenly over the melted chocolate and let set for 5 minutes.
Melt White Chocolate
  1. Melt the white chocolate in the microwave using the same method as the semi-sweet chocolate.
  2. Pour the melted white chocolate over the Oreo-layered semi-sweet base, spreading it evenly.
Add Garnish
  1. Sprinkle M&M’s and green sprinkles on top while the white chocolate is still warm.
Cool
  1. Let the bark cool completely at room temperature or refrigerate for 30-60 minutes until hard.
Serve
  1. Break the bark into pieces and serve.

Notes

Store finished bark in an airtight container layered with parchment paper. It keeps for up to 2 weeks in the fridge or 3 months in the freezer. You can use other cookies or nuts for variations.
