Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and arrange a rack in the center.
  2. Mix the cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the chicken breasts in a greased baking dish.
  4. Top the chicken with crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese, pressing gently.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  2. Let it rest for 3–5 minutes, then garnish with green onions and serve.
