  • 1 cup almond milk (or preferred milk) Unsweetened milk recommended; can use dairy or other alternatives.
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional) Adds protein; can substitute with Greek yogurt.
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave (optional) For added sweetness.
  • as needed cubes Ice Optional for a colder drink.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Combine mango, spinach, banana, and almond milk in the blender.
  2. Add protein powder and sweetener if using.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add ice cubes and blend again if desired.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

Chill your blender jar or use cold milk for better texture. If the smoothie tastes grassy, add a squeeze of lime or lemon to brighten the flavor. For thicker consistency, use frozen fruit.
