  • 3 oz Baileys Irish Cream Use the original for the classic flavor.
  • 3 oz Crème de menthe Choose a bright green liqueur for better color.
  • 1 cup Whipped cream Use stabilized whipped cream for best results.
  • to taste Gold sprinkles or chocolate shavings For garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chill shot glasses for 10 minutes.
  2. Pour crème de menthe evenly into 6 shot glasses.
  3. Slowly layer Baileys over the back of a spoon.
  4. Top with whipped cream.
  5. Garnish and serve immediately.

Notes

Store assembled shots in the fridge for up to 6 hours. Do not freeze completed shots with whipped cream on top.
