Ingredients

Main ingredients
  • 1 can Immaculate Baking Company Cinnamon Rolls (5 count) This canned dough is the backbone of the recipe; its pre-proofed, evenly sized rolls bake consistently every time.
  • 4-5 drops Green gel food coloring Gel coloring delivers concentrated pigments without thinning the icing, so you keep the glaze’s consistency.
  • 2 tbsp Rainbow sprinkles Sprinkles add color contrast and a light crunchy bite that makes the rolls feel festive.

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a round baking pan or line a sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the cinnamon rolls in the pan according to package directions. Set the included icing container to the side.
Baking
  1. Bake for 18–20 minutes or until the rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
  2. While the rolls are baking, open the icing container and add 4-5 drops of green gel food coloring. Stir vigorously until the color is uniform.
Finishing Touches
  1. Remove the rolls from the oven and let them cool for 5-10 minutes.
  2. Generously spread the green icing over the tops of the rolls.
  3. Immediately garnish with rainbow sprinkles while the icing is still tacky.

Notes

Can store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. For parties, ice just before serving to preserve bright colors.
