Baking
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Remove from oven and allow cookies to cool completely.
Frosting
- Beat together the powdered sugar, butter, lemon juice, and zest until smooth.
- Frost cooled cookies with the lemon frosting.
Storage
- Store in an airtight container for up to 7 days at room temperature or refrigerate.
