Preparation
- Place the softened cream cheese in a bowl and stir in the Italian seasoning plus a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
- Lay each tortilla flat and spread a thin, even layer of the seasoned cream cheese all the way to the edges.
- Arrange the sliced turkey over the cream cheese, cover with provolone slices, distribute roasted red peppers, and top with fresh spinach.
- Roll each tortilla tightly from one edge to the other, creating a firm log. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Unwrap chilled rolls and slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp serrated knife.
Notes
You can assemble and refrigerate whole wrapped logs up to 24 hours ahead and slice just before serving for optimal appearance.
