Ingredients
  

For the Pinwheels
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch) Use pliable, fresh tortillas.
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Full-fat for richness.
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning For flavoring the cream cheese.
  • 8 oz sliced turkey breast Thinly sliced for even layering.
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced Drained well for convenience.
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Place the softened cream cheese in a bowl and stir in the Italian seasoning plus a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  2. Lay each tortilla flat and spread a thin, even layer of the seasoned cream cheese all the way to the edges.
  3. Arrange the sliced turkey over the cream cheese, cover with provolone slices, distribute roasted red peppers, and top with fresh spinach.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly from one edge to the other, creating a firm log. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Unwrap chilled rolls and slice into 1-inch pinwheels using a sharp serrated knife.

Notes

You can assemble and refrigerate whole wrapped logs up to 24 hours ahead and slice just before serving for optimal appearance.
