Ingredients

Fruits
  • 1 cup strawberries, sliced Choose firm, glossy berries with bright green caps.
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup pineapple, chopped Look for ripe pineapples that yield slightly to pressure.
  • 1 cup mango, diced Select mangoes that yield slightly under gentle pressure.
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
Dressing
  • 3 tablespoons honey Use a mild-flavored honey for best results.
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice Freshly squeezed is recommended.
  • 1 none zest of 1 lime

Method

Preparation
  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly under cold water and dry gently on a clean towel.
  2. Slice strawberries, peel and slice kiwi, chop pineapple, dice mango, and halve grapes.
  3. Place all prepared fruit in a large serving bowl and gently toss to mix the colors evenly.
Making the Dressing
  1. In a small bowl, whisk 3 tablespoons honey with 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice and the zest of one lime until glossy.
  2. Taste and adjust: add a bit more honey if your fruit is tart, or a squeeze more lime for lift.
Assembly
  1. Drizzle the honey-lime dressing evenly over the fruit and gently fold it through with a spatula.
  2. Fold only until the dressing is evenly distributed; overmixing will mash softer berries.
Serving
  1. Serve immediately or chill briefly for 20-30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container for up to 24–48 hours. Keep the dressing separate if storing longer to maintain freshness.
