Ingredients
  

Dough and Fillings
  • 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough Choose a high-quality brand for better flavor.
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows Use fresh mini marshmallows for the best melting.
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips are recommended.
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs Pulse whole crackers for freshest flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon butter For brushing on top before baking.
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Optional, for dusting before serving.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and set your oven racks in the center position.
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles, pressing seams if necessary.
  3. On each triangle, place a few mini marshmallows, a sprinkle of chocolate chips, and a little graham cracker crumbs.
  4. Roll up the triangles from the wider end, pinching the edges to seal.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them at least 1 inch apart.
  6. Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with additional graham cracker crumbs if desired.
Baking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown, checking for even browning.
  2. Remove from the oven and allow to cool slightly before dusting with powdered sugar.

Notes

For extra goo, add one small square of chocolate plus chips. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze unbaked rolls for up to 2 months.
