Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 1 pound ground beef Choose an 80/20 blend for juiciness.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Sharp cheddar preferred for boldness.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Fresh is best for flavor.
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese For topping.
  • Salt and pepper to taste
For the dough
  • 2 cups biscuit dough Store-bought or homemade.
For serving
  • Dipping sauces of your choice Ketchup, mustard, ranch, etc.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no pink remains.
  3. Drain excess fat from the beef and return to the skillet.
  4. Add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper, and cook for 30 seconds.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  6. Roll out biscuit dough and cut into circles about 3 inches wide.
  7. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each circle and seal tightly.
  8. Place bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
  9. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

Keep dough cold until shaping. Use 80/20 ground beef for best flavor; add olive oil for leaner meat.
