Preparation
- Arrange quartered potatoes and carrot chunks at the bottom of the slow cooker. Place the chicken pieces on top.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- In a bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and chicken broth until well combined.
Combine and Coat
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the chicken and vegetables, stirring gently to coat.
Cook
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours. Avoid lifting the lid during cooking.
Serve
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve hot, spooning sauce over the chicken and vegetables.
Notes
Store leftovers in airtight containers. For freezing, use freezer-safe bags or containers.
