Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Roll out the sugar cookie dough on a baking sheet into a large round form and bake according to the dough instructions until golden brown.
  2. Let the cookie crust cool completely before proceeding.
Cream Cheese Mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, then beat until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled cookie crust.
Add Fresh Fruit
  1. Arrange assorted fresh fruit atop the cream cheese layer in a decorative pattern.
Drizzle with Preserves (optional)
  1. Heat the fruit preserves until melted and drizzle over the fruit layer if desired.
Chill
  1. Refrigerate your Fruit Pizza for at least 30 minutes to set before serving.

Notes
