Preparation of Filling
- Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in sour cream, shredded cheddar, chopped green chiles, chopped olives, and green onions.
- Season with garlic powder and seasoned salt to taste.
Spread and Roll
- Spread an even layer of the filling onto a flour tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a cylinder, seam side down.
Chill and Slice
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Slice into 1-inch rounds and serve on a platter.
