Ingredients
  

For the filling
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened Use full-fat brick cream cheese for the best texture.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Shredded from block cheese for better texture.
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4.25 ounces chopped ripe olives 1 can, well drained.
  • 4 ounces chopped green chiles Use mild or fire-roasted chiles, well drained.
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • garlic powder to taste
  • seasoned salt to taste
For assembly
  • 5 pcs flour tortillas (10 inches) Choose soft, pliable tortillas.
  • salsa, optional For serving.

Method
 

Preparation of Filling
  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth. Fold in sour cream, shredded cheddar, chopped green chiles, chopped olives, and green onions.
  2. Season with garlic powder and seasoned salt to taste.
Spread and Roll
  1. Spread an even layer of the filling onto a flour tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
  2. Roll the tortilla tightly into a cylinder, seam side down.
Chill and Slice
  1. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Slice into 1-inch rounds and serve on a platter.
