Preparation
- Pop the microwave popcorn according to the package directions and pour it into a large heatproof bowl. Remove any unpopped kernels.
- Divide the green and white candy melts into separate bowls.
Melting Chocolate
- Microwave the green candy melts in 20-30 second bursts, stirring until smooth. Let it thicken slightly if too runny.
- Repeat with the white candy melts, melting in the same manner.
Combining Ingredients
- Drizzle the melted green chocolate over the popcorn while tossing gently with spatulas or your hands.
- Drizzle the white chocolate over the green-coated popcorn and add the sprinkles immediately.
- Top with Green Mint M&Ms and let cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in airtight bags for up to 1 month.
