  • 1 bag microwave popcorn (light or regular butter, full-sized) Use a full-sized bag for best results.
  • 1 cup green chocolate candy melts Choose good-quality melts for best results.
  • ½ cup white chocolate candy melts Higher-quality melts give a smoother finish.
  • 1 cup St. Patrick's Day sprinkles Add immediately after drizzling white chocolate.
  • 1 cup Green Mint M&Ms Minty flavor with a crunchy texture.

Preparation
  1. Pop the microwave popcorn according to the package directions and pour it into a large heatproof bowl. Remove any unpopped kernels.
  2. Divide the green and white candy melts into separate bowls.
Melting Chocolate
  1. Microwave the green candy melts in 20-30 second bursts, stirring until smooth. Let it thicken slightly if too runny.
  2. Repeat with the white candy melts, melting in the same manner.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Drizzle the melted green chocolate over the popcorn while tossing gently with spatulas or your hands.
  2. Drizzle the white chocolate over the green-coated popcorn and add the sprinkles immediately.
  3. Top with Green Mint M&Ms and let cool before serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze in airtight bags for up to 1 month.
