Preparation
  1. Cook the bacon until crispy, then cool and crumble.
  2. Combine the creamy filling ingredients by beating the softened cream cheese with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then fold in the shredded cheddar until smooth.
  3. Spread the cheese mixture over lettuce leaves or tortillas.
  4. Top with crumbled bacon and diced tomato.
  5. Roll tightly and slice into spirals.
  6. Plate and serve as an appetizer.
