Cured Meats
  • 4 oz Salami Sliced or rolled for presentation.
  • 4 oz Prosciutto Look for di Parma or high-quality options.
  • 4 oz Pepperoni Sliced paper-thin.
Fruits and Nuts
  • 1 cup Grapes Mixed red and green seedless grapes.
  • 2 cups Apple slices Fresh for a sweet crunch.
  • 1 cup Berries Use a variety of small berries.
  • 1/2 cup Almonds For added crunch.
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts Chopped or halves.
Extras
  • 1 cup Olives Mixed varieties preferred.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Select a large board or platter.
  2. Arrange cheeses in different sections of the board.
  3. Roll or fold cured meats and place next to cheeses.
  4. Fill in with clusters of fresh fruits and bowls of nuts and olives.
  5. Place crackers or breadsticks throughout the board.
  6. Add a small bowl of hummus or dip.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy.
