Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rub the turkey breast with olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  2. Gently pat the turkey breast dry with paper towels to ensure seasonings adhere evenly.
  3. Center the turkey breast in the crockpot, skin-side up.
Cooking
  1. Pour chicken broth around the turkey in the crockpot without submerging the top.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the turkey is cooked through and tender.
