Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and set the oven rack to the middle position.
- Prepare three bowls for flour, eggs, and breadcrumb mixture.
- Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Baking
- Arrange coated nuggets on a parchment-lined baking sheet, spaced apart.
- Lightly spray or drizzle nuggets with oil.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serving
- Serve warm with your choice of dipping sauce.
Notes
Properly cooked nuggets should register 165°F (74°C) at the thickest part. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
