- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and set a rack in the middle.
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix briefly.
- Add flour and olive oil, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, transfer the dough, and flatten it into a thin layer (about 1/8 inch thick).
Baking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking into chips.

For best results, ensure the cottage cheese is well-drained before using. Store cooled chips in an airtight container with a paper towel to absorb moisture.
