Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and set a rack in the middle.
  2. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix briefly.
  3. Add flour and olive oil, stirring until a cohesive dough forms.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, transfer the dough, and flatten it into a thin layer (about 1/8 inch thick).
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 15–20 minutes until the edges are golden and crispy.
  2. Remove from the oven and cool completely on the baking sheet before breaking into chips.

For best results, ensure the cottage cheese is well-drained before using. Store cooled chips in an airtight container with a paper towel to absorb moisture.
