Preparation
- Place the banana and one cup of almond milk into the blender first to help the blades move freely.
- Spoon in two tablespoons of peanut butter, the scoop of chocolate protein, and one tablespoon of cocoa powder. Add ice cubes now if desired.
- Start on low speed and increase to high for 30-60 seconds, or until no lumps remain and the texture is velvety.
- Pour the smoothie into a tall glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
Store leftover smoothie in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. Can also freeze individual portions for up to 3 months. Thaw frozen cubes with a small amount of milk for best texture.
