Preparation
- Combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and coconut oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Heat in the microwave for 20–30 seconds until melted, stirring until smooth.
- Spoon the yogurt into serving bowls.
- Drizzle the chocolate-peanut butter mixture over the yogurt.
- Allow it to harden for a minute or so.
- Top with additional toppings if desired and enjoy.
Notes
Serve immediately for the best texture contrast. If storing, the shell will soften in the fridge.
