- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the banana, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, honey or maple syrup (if using), and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth, adding ice cubes for a colder, thicker consistency if desired.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Notes
Storage: Store in an airtight jar or bottle in the fridge for up to 24 hours. Freeze leftovers in an airtight, freezer-safe container or ice cube trays for up to 1 month.
